My husband, 3 year old son, and I were recently told by our landlord that we need to move out, so she can move into her house. This was very unexpected and we are scrambling to find another house, which will meet our needs. We are looking for a 3 bedroom with a yard and can pay up to 3,000/month. We prefer San Rafael (I already have my son enrolled in the preschool here), but could move anywhere from Mill Valley to South Novato for the right home.
