Looking for a Nanny Share in/near Mill Valley

We are relocating to Mill Valley (Tam Valley) in December, and would like to find a nearby nanny share starting in January 2013. Our son is 12 months old, and has been in a share care in SF with a similar age boy and it has been great. Hours needed are 7:30/8am - 6/6:30pm. We are moving to Larkspur next month and hoping to do a Nanny share for our 4-month old starting in March. It would be for 2 or 3 full days a week. We actually have a great Nanny in mind if you're interested?
