Hi - we are considering moving to Corte Madera from SF b/c we want more space and a yard. We have a 2-yr old and another on the way. Can anyone offer any insights about the neighborhoods in Corte Madera? For example, any thoughts on Mariner Cove or others? We would love to be in a family friendly neighborhood, close proximity to a great elementary school and would love to find a neighborhood that does fun stuff like block parties for the 4th, everyone gets into the decorating spirit for holidays, etc. Any suggestions?

Also - my husband will be commuting to SF for work. Any insight on the commute?
