Family Seeking rental home in San Rafael

Our family of 4 (children ages 3 and 5) hopes to relocate from San Francisco to San Rafael this summer. Ideal home would be zoned to Sunnyside or Coleman Elementary School, have at least 3 bedrooms, a backyard, and minimal carpet. I've been combing craigslist without much success.
