The family we are currently sharing with is leaving our nanny share in January so we are seeking a new family to share with. We entered our nanny share for the high quality, individualized attention for our daughter and convenience for us and could not be happier.

Basic information:
• Full time care, 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, price is $450/week.
• We live in western San Rafael (Sun Valley neighborhood) and switch homes with the other family each month. This arrangement is flexible but ideally we would like to share with another family who lives nearby.
• Your child would be sharing with our 2-year old daughter until she begins pre-school in the summer of 2014, then our yet-to-be-born daughter beginning early summer 2014.

We have some flexibility regarding the timing and are opening to splitting the opening between two families (e.g. one family 2-3 days and the other family the other 2-3 days, or one family mornings and the other afternoons).

Our nanny is unbelievable. She is the most conscientious, loving, attentive, trustworthy, and committed caretaker you could imagine. She is very experienced, having raised 3 sons of her own, worked in a day care setting, and has been a nanny for several families in the area. When babies are old enough to start solids, she cooks homemade organic food for them and is very invested in making sure they eat well. Spanish is her first language but she speaks enough English that communication is not an issue -- in fact, our almost 2-year old daughter is bilingual as a result!
