We are looking for an awesome nanny to take care of our little guy starting in January. Alternatively, we would be interested in joining/creating to a nanny share with another family in Novato or San Rafael. Are you looking to share a nanny? Do you have a great nanny to recommend? Where does one find a nanny?

Any ideas, recommendations, tips would be greatly appreciated! With the holidays around the corner, we are getting down to the wire!
