Our currently full-time nanny is available 3-4 days a week starting December (we hope she continues working with us the rest of the week and are flexible on the days). We are also open to doing a nanny share with another family, whose kid is close to 2 years of age (we live in San Rafael).

Our nanny has enormous child care experience that includes day care and nanny share work. But what is even more important to us is that she is experienced in and dedicated to helping the child grow into an independent, disciplined, and reasoning person, and she does that with a lot of love and warmth.
