Strong Flow Prenatal Yoga will build heat and strength as women prepare for childbirth and new mothering. After introductions and warm-up, moms can expect a fast-paced flow designed for pregnancy. Modifications provided for women wanting a more mellow flow.
Drop-in classes are $23 each or purchase a 5-pack for $95.
