Pumpkins on Pikes

In addition to producing healthy and sustainable local food, Petaluma's Tara Firma Farms also puts on fantastic family-friendly events throughout the year. Come on out to the farm for Halloween fun with pumpkin carving, live music, a straw maze, games, food, drinks, and more.

Pumpkins on Pikes takes place on Saturday, October 18 and 25 and Sunday, October 19 and 26, from 2 to 9 pm.

The festivities start in the afternoon with great food, live music and pumpkin carving. Everyone will get the chance to display their Jack-O-Lantern on a pike in the corn field. When the sun goes down the pumpkins are lit. It is a truly heart warming feeling looking over the glowing corn field to see the individual creations of all who attend. Free pumpkins for carving will be provided with admission. Bring your pumpkin carving tools, blankets and coats to stay warm after dark, and a sheet to cover hay bales for seating. 

Admission is $40 and includes a carving pumpkin. Children 3 and under are admitted free (no pumpkin provided). CSA members receive an $8 ticket rebate credit on their CSA account. Tickets must be ordered in advance and are not available at the door.
