Awesome Kids Yoga - Preschool Class

Join us at Strawberry Recreation on Thursdays for our Preschool (3-5yrs) Yoga class. In this 45 minute class children will explore ways to take a more mindful approach to the world.  We will focus on teaching traditional yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation techniques in a fun and playful way.  Each class begins with a brief group discussion followed by yoga poses and music customized to a daily theme. Parents are welcome to join!
