Mom & Baby Movement with Maggie Calegari

For moms with pre-crawling babies, join Maggie Calegari to experience a new class format combined with yoga for baby!

Each class is a 30 minute mobility flow for Mom (can be done with baby in a carrier or front pack) followed by 20 minutes of yoga for the pre-crawling baby.

Please bring a receiving blanket to place on top of our yoga blankets. $23 to drop in. Clients can also purchase membership or class pack.

Classes are on Sat, March 23 and March 30 from 11am-12pm.
