Marin County Fair Goes Virtual Again This Summer

While it's sad that the Marin County Fair has been canceled again this summer due to COVID, the good news is the fair is going virtual! They will be holding weekly contests Monday through Sunday at 5 pm, when that week’s contest will end. Winners will be announced the following day and will receive a virtual blue ribbon and a free pair of tickets to the 2021 Marin County Fair! Virtual competitions are designed to comply with the County's shelter-in-place order and focus on projects that can be done at home.

In addition, Fair staff members will post links of “how-to” videos about juggling, baking, cheese making, animal husbandry, music lessons, and more featuring some of the fair's favorite partners and artists. The next Marin County Fair is scheduled for July 1–5, 2021.
