At Little Village Preschool, childhood is honored, protected, and celebrated. Through conscious intent, we create an experience where living simply allows children to learn to care for one another, themselves, and their surroundings. We slow down, making room for joy, curiosity, and the simple magic of being a child.
Here, children play, grow food, prepare and share meals, tend to the garden, create art, sing, move, rest, and play some more. A gentle daily and weekly rhythm provides calm and ease, while leaving space for flexibility, spontaneity, and creativity. With natural rhythms in place, transitions feel smoother, and children experience a deep sense of security and belonging.
Children are met with kindness, respect, and genuine presence. Each day, life is celebrated in simple and joyful ways. At Little Village, we value a screen-free childhood, a close-to-zero-waste lifestyle, and mindfulness in caring for our environment.
