Exchange Cultures with Students from 50 Different Countries!
Give the chance of a lifetime to a student!

-Looking for singles and families to show students authentic American culture.
-You choose a student (or two) from the 50 different countries represented.
-The kids all have 5-10 years of classroom English and have had little chance to practice it!

CHI provides 3-4 major excursions to places such as Tahoe and Disneyland, throughout the year. Your family is invited to participate in CHI sponsored events!

Families provide:
Conversation in a real American home (all shapes and sizes)
Meals (regular breakfast and dinner, and a lunch for school)
A place to sleep for an academic year or a single semester (your choice)
Transportation to/from school (carpooling, bus or walking)

Families don't provide:
Spending money or supplies for the kids
Extensive "showing around" (the kids are shown around the area during their school year by CHI)
Anything fancy - we are going for genuine American culture exchange
