Bubble Bash: A Summer Celebration at the Bay Area Discovery Museum

Maximize your summer fun at the Bay Area Discovery Museum in Sausalito with Bubble Bash! This limited-time summer celebration is open now through September 7, 2026 and is included with general admission, so head on over and have a blast.

At Bubble Bash, kids can participate in special bubble-inspired programs at Pop N' Play at the Beach (10:30 am–noon daily) and take part in Bubble Blast (12:15–1 pm daily), a magical mid-day moment featuring swirling bubbles and the perfect opportunity for a fun-filled photo op. They can also dive into fluffy foam at the Foam Party! (Weekdays, 1–2 pm and 2–3 pm on weekends. Make sure you bring a change of clothes.)

If You Go

Bubble Bash is included in general museum admission: free for babies under 1, $25 for children ages 1–17 and adults ages 18–64, and $23 for seniors 65+. Families can also check out a museum pass for up to 6 admissions at their local branch of the Marin County Free Library.

The Bay Area Discovery Museum is located at 557 McReynolds Road in Sausalito, at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge. Summer hours (through Labor Day, Monday, September 7, 2026) are Wednesday–Monday, 10 am–4 pm; closed Tuesdays. Member hour 9–10 am daily.
