At BeachFit Moms we pride ourselves on having a lot of variety and a positive group energy. We see the value in a community of women helping each other reach their potential. We offer many classes that will help you reach your fitness goals. This happens with both friendly competition and social encouragement. We believe that everyone is capable of improving her body movements and fitness level. Our classes are both enjoyable and provide RESULTS! Babies and stroller-aged children are welcome at BeachFit Moms Classes.
