The Conscious Family Festival is a free, multi-generational event for families to discover and create new methods and tools for experiencing happy and fulfilling lives.
This day-long festival offers a variety of fun and inspirational activities for children, parents and grandparents, as well as adult-only workshops providing methods and practical tools for helping, coping, creating and maintaining enhanced family living – for daily life and for the future. The festival mission is to support loving contexts for children and families by sharing the diverse awareness practices and resources of the world’s spiritual traditions.
Activities for children and adults include: Family Fun Improvisation; Winning Together - Creating a Playground of Connection; Courage to Care (handling bullying); Family Yoga; Kabbalah Wisdom for Raising Happy Children; Family Dance and Movement; Creating a Family Ancestor Shrine; Family Zen; Co-Meditation in the Family (two-person); Enacting Animal Stories; Uniting as One Family Heart; 7 Floors to Balance: Tools for emotional resilience, self-calming, bully prevention and aid.
