Nature for Kids: Indian Valley

Indian Valley Preserve. Meet at the College of Marin Indian Valley Campus in Novato, parking lot 5 (1800 Ignacio Blvd)
We’ll look for frogs, toads, and salamanders in addition to other winter-active animals. The creek should be full, so we’ll follow it up the canyon and have lunch by a beautiful waterfall. Remember to bring lunch.
We request no pets (except service animals) attend. Rain may cancel. If questionable weather, call (415) 893-9527 after 8am on the morning of the event to hear a recorded message if cancelled.

From Hwy 101 in Novato, take the Ignacio Blvd/Bel Marin Keys Blvd exit west onto Ignacio Blvd approximately 2.5 miles all the way through campus. Parking lot 5 is the last lot on the left.
