Parenting has the potential to be a profound spiritual practice in which we cultivate our capacity for boundless love and wise action. In this class, we'll apply the practice and teachings of mindful awareness and loving-kindness to the joys and challenges of daily life with our children. Each session will include meditation, teaching and discussion.
