Trick or Treat and Halloween Fest on Fourth Street

Bring the family and join us for our annual, spooky Halloween celebrations on Fourth Street!

• Costumed kids trick or treat at over 80 merchant shops
• We also have a festival on Delaware at Fourth Street with all sorts of free activities and entertainment for everyone!

Parking:
The pay to park lot across from the old Spenger’s at 1920 Fourth Street is NO LONGER AVAILABLE for customers to use. Instead, please feel free to park at the lot at the corner or Virginia and Fourth. It is open to the public, pay to park lot.

LIVE MUSIC - family friendly tunes by PJay Smik Smak & the Cliffnottes
COSTUMED CHARACTERS - meet and greet an array of costumed characters and actors such as: Snow Queen on stilts, Renaissance Kitty, a talking compost pile, and a huge walking tree on stilts.
