realtor?

Hi there.
We are moving into the area and would love to find a kind, knowledgeable real estate agent. I am not sure if anyone ever checks this forum but any referrals would be very helpful.
Thanks!

I highly recommend Candace!

We used Candace Nordstrom of Coldwell Banker when we moved. She went above and beyond for us (first time home buyers) and was very on top of the process. If you contact her tell her you were referred by Tanya and Chris!

Recommendation

Janet Williamson of Frank Howard Allen, Tiburon is well respected in the community, She has years of experience and I can't say enough about her getting the deal done.

Meet at least three

This is a response to an old post, but I just wanted to give one more recommendation. I have had incredible experiences and ones I would rather forget in terms of real estate agents. It is important to have a good relationship with your realtor since it is such a personal transaction. I have found if you find a great agent, keep the relationship and show loyalty. A good agent will learn your needs, and your family dynamics, and help keep the transaction as smooth as possible while also negotiating the best deal for you and your family.

I have found a gem in

Stacey Lamirand at 415-674-6551

She is an expert in SF and Marin, a strong negotiator, and a mother of 2 school age children. You will not only find a home, but you will gain a new friend. Oh, and did I mention she is funny!

Interview 3 agents before you commit and choose the one that feels best to you!

Good Luck and welcome to Marin!
