Fun Summer Reset Session with RUSD Credentialed Teachers
Marin Mommies presents a shout-out article from Learning with Lomax.
In these "Summer Reset" sessions, award-winning educators Marissa and Dana Lomax work with K-12 students to improve their English and Math skills and to counter summer learning loss. Students will review grade-level curriculum with experienced and credentialed teachers, hone their computational abilities, increase their vocabulary and reading fluency, and improve their narrative, informative, and argumentative writing. Plus, they will have a good time!

About The Instructors:
Dana Teen Lomax is an award-winning, credentialed educator and published writer who has taught English, History, and Creative Writing in the Reed Union School District for nearly a decade and at San Francisco State for nearly twenty years. She is available for private tutoring, high school and college application support, as well as summer sessions. Dana lives near Los Angeles.
Marissa Kay Lomax has worked in education for 10 years. She is currently teaching at Reed Elementary while obtaining her Masters in Education. Marissa also tutors and works independently with families in Marin and San Francisco.
