Jump and Play at Rebounderz Indoor Trampoline Arena in Rohnert Park

Families looking for active indoor fun should head up north to Rohnert Park and check out the new Rebounderz Indoor Trampoline Arena. We paid a visit last week to give it a try and everyone had a fantastic time! Rebounderz features a truly massive trampoline area, foam pits, a giant climbing structure, a dedicated toddler park, and more! There’s also an arcade, a café, and a parents’ lounge with wifi and big-screen TVs where you can watch your kids as they play.

When we first entered Rebounderz, we were astounded at the sheer size of the place. The main jump area has 74 eight-foot trampolines, separated by nets that allow multiple activities to take place at once, including open jump, dodgeball, and tot jumping for kids 5 and under. The indoor playground in the back room is also enormous, and it’s a lot of fun, too. It’s for kids ages 2 to 12, with a separate tot area for ages 0 to 4.

But what we were here for were the trampolines! Check in at the front desk and get a pair of special jump socks ($3 per pair and you can keep them for subsequent visits). Then sign the release and head in to jump. Near each jump area are big-screen TVs running video loops that provide instruction on how to use the jump area in a safe manner. Staff are also on hand to supervise and make sure that everyone has a safe and fun experience.

While the kids had a blast jumping on the trampolines, flipping into the foam pit, shooting baskets, and climbing through the play structure, I relaxed in the upper level parents’ lounge that overlooks the play area, which has free wifi, TV monitors that allow you to watch your kids as they play, and even coin-operated massage chairs.

While Rebounderz is certainly a blast for kids, it’s really a place where all ages can have fun. They have a Thursday night special for high school and college students (ID required), and even host corporate events. Soon, they’ll also have a full-size adult Ninja Warrior course available, as well as a separate kids’ course, where you can compete in timed runs at different experience levels.

The on-site café serves coffee, soft drinks, Icees, pizza, hot dogs, ice cream, and other treats. They also plan on bringing in a local caterer to provide more healthy options. If all that isn’t enough, there’s a large arcade as well, with video games, air hockey, skee ball, and more.

Rebounderz also has six private party rooms that are perfect for kids’ birthday parties and other celebrations. Each room has its own dedicated party host and a unique theme, including beach, pirate, fashion, sports, race car, and fairytale. I loved that each of the rooms has a colorful themed mural painted by a local artist.

Rebounderz party packages cost $349 on weekdays and $399 on weekends and are for up to 15 kids. Extra children cost $22 each. Parties include an hour of jump time for everyone, exclusive use of a party room, a dedicated party host who handles setup, serving, and cleanup, two 14-inch pizzas, water, pre-loaded video game cards, plates, napkins, and utensils, and a T-shirt for the birthday child. Add-ons like ice cream, popcorn, soft drinks, and snacks are also available.

Rebounderz is owned and operated by Novato residents and parents Jason and Maggie Alexandridis, and is the first location of the franchise in California. One of the things I loved about Rebounderz was how clean and well maintained everything was. Jason and Maggie told me that this is one of their priorities, and that all the equipment is engineered for maximum safety, too.

We’re excited to see Rebounderz in the area, and plan to spend a lot more time there. It’s really a blast!
