This fall, the Lark Theater presents Classical Arts Rock! This new series, taking place on Wednesday nights, presents a heady combination of classical arts and rock 'n' roll on the big outdoor screen at the Village in Corte Madera. Programming begins Wednesday, September 2 and runs through October 28 and includes:

  • September 2 - Matthew Bourne’s Romeo + Juliet, 8 pm
  • September 9 - The MET Live in HD: Porgy and Bess, 7:30 pm
  • September 16 - The Lumineers: Live From the Artists Den, 7:30 pm
  • September 23 - Hermitage: The Power of Art, 7 pm
  • September 23 - The Last Waltz, 9 pm
  • September 30 - Matthew Bourne’s The Red Shoes, 7 pm
  • September 30 - Stop Making Sense, 9:15 pm
  • October 7 - National Theatre Live: Present Laughter, 6:45 pm
  • October 14 - Riverdance 25th Anniversary Show, 6:30 pm
  • October 14 - Neil Young: Heart of Gold, 9:15 pm
  • October 21 - Exhibition On Screen: Frida Kahlo, 6:30 pm
  • October 21 - National Theatre Live: Hansard, 8:45 pm
  • October 28 - Northern Ballet’s Dracula, 6:15 pm
  • October 28 - National Theatre Live: Frankenstein, 9 pm

Drive-in tickets are $15 for a single occupant and $30 for a carload. Resrerve tickets in advance at www.larktheater.net. The Lark Theater will continue to offer its Lark Drive-In series of classic movies on the outdoor screen Thursday through Saturday evenings. Screenings take place in the north (overflow) parking lot across the street from Nordstrom at 1618 Redwood Hwy, Corte Madera, CA 94925.
