Looking for nanny share care arrangement in Tiburon or Mill Valley starting late August/early sept

I am due July 6 2014 and I would like to find a family first (and the nanny second - chosen together) for a M-F 8-6pm arrangement. We are happy to host the babies here or alternate.
We are a French American couple and work FT but we are relaxed.
