The Garden School-A new childcare program that offers the warmth of home and the wonder of nature; Waldorf inspired environment, creative play, healthy nutrition, arts and crafts, gardening, animal care, nature walks, storytelling and a parent's cooperative circle. For preschool aged children 2.8 to five years of age, 9 am -1 pm~Two, three, and four day weekly options with extended care program. We are a neighborhood family child care program in the final stages of licensing. Our teachers are Waldorf trained and in the LifeWays certificate program, with CPR, First Aid and home health care training. We believe that young children learn best by being engaged in life activities and caring relationships. We are located in the Gerstle Park neighborhood surrounded by trees and nature. No reviews for Fairfax just yet. In San Anselmo, Sleepy Hollow Nursery School comes highly recommended.
