My husband and our 11th month old have decided to move back to LA. As we are going through the punch list of items to get ourselves prepared for the move, one of the most important is to help our wonderful Nanny, find a new family/child(ren) to care for.

She has been wonderful to our family over the last year. She really is like a second mother to our son, taking care of him like her own. Currently, she works part-time and would be looking for the same, Monday - Wednesday (all day) and Thursday (afternoons). She may also be open to tackling Friday afternoons as well, and has been great helping us ad hoc on the weekends. She has been such an important part of helping me keep it all together here. She watches the baby, helps me with the shopping, helps me clean and cooks dinner at times. She is bilingual speaking English and Spanish around the house. She also used to be a teacher back in Peru (which is where she is from). I really want to ensure she lands with a great family and in a good place before we leave.
