Get Ready for the Goblin Jamboree at the Bay Area Discovery Museum
Come get a jump on Halloween at the 32nd annual Goblin Jamboree fundraiser at the Bay Area Discovery Museum! Bring your little goblins to this year’s spooky family event on Saturday and Sunday, October 20 and 21 from 10 am to 4 pm. This year’s theme is "Wicked, Wild West" and they have put together a ghost-town's worth of spooky themed programs and activities to entertain your entire family.
Ride a train or real ponies, make your way through a hay maze, play with glow-in-the-dark trains in the Bay Hall, meet some farm animals, visit a ghost town, get hands-on in the Inventor's Workshop, and enjoy a full schedule of games, activities, and live entertainment. This year's event will feature live musical performances from the JimBo Trout, Ashedba, and Juice and Jelly. This event is the perfect Halloween party for kids ages 6 months to 10 years.
Proceeds from Goblin Jamboree support the Bay Area Discovery Museum’s mission to transform research into early learning experiences that inspire creative problem solving. Admission is $14.95 for Bay Area Discovery Museum members, $17.95 general, and free for infants six months and under. All activities and entertainment are included with admission. Advance ticket holders can take advantage the "Fly-by Lane" for quick access to the event through the main entrance. Order your tickets online here. Tickets will also be available at the door
You can gain early access to the Goblin Jamboree by attending a Sponsor Breakfast on either Saturday or Sunday with seatings at 8 and 9 am or a Sponsor Lunch on Sunday from 11:45 am to 1 pm. Enjoy a catered meal, live family entertainment, face painting, and a fantastic trick-or-treat bag for each child. Goblin Jamboree activities are open to all Sponsor Breakfast families at 8:30 am, before the general public arrives. Beat the lines and come early for a pony ride before breakfast! Prices start at $225 for a family of four; additional attendees $50 each. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and tickets often sell out, so reserve your spot now if you’re interested.
