The Messy Art Fest takes place this weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 10 am–5 pm) at the Bay Area Discovery Museum.

  • Music Time with Megan

    Friday, 9:30–10 am

    Bring the kiddos for live music, singing, dancing and playing instruments with popular children's musician Megan Schoenbohm. Cost is $10 per child, and siblings under 7 months are free.   • Dino Days
    Cal Academy San Francisco
    Friday & Saturday, 9:30 am–5 pm and Sunday, 11 am–5 pm

    Walk among life-size animatronic dinosaurs that move and roar at Dino Days. An immersive festival with its footprint all over the Academy, Dino Days invites you to travel back in time to the Late Cretaceous period and come face-to-face with the largest reptiles that ever stalked the Earth.   • Book Place Anniversary Sale!
    Book Place, Downtown Novato
    Friday & Saturday, 10 am–4 pm and Sunday, noon–4 pm

    The sale begins March 29, and will feature rotating specials among the 50+ categories in the store.To celebrate Spring, customers can hunt for the sales by looking for the big spring flowers that will mark special pricing. We’ll move the flowers around several times throughout April, and we hope you’ll find your favorite categories on special! Movies and music are also possibilities sometime during the month.   • Mark Day School Presents Annie Jr

  • Inflatable 5K Run and Festival

    This family event features a 5K run/walk with inflatable obstacles every 500 feet that any age or fitness level can complete, and the inflatable festival has countless attractions for toddlers, adults and everybody in between.   • Marin Country Mart Farmers Market

    The Bay Area Discovery Museum transforms itself into a blank canvas for Messy Art Fest!
