    For children up to 30 months, Side by Side at the Marin JCC is a small gathering of young families where your toddler can build social skills, develop friendships, and explore a preschool environment with their caregiver by their side.   • Stroller Strides Workout

    This 60 minute, all levels class is for moms alone or with little ones in strollers. We will work on cardio, strength, agility and balance providing a fun, full body workout while interacting with our little ones.     Join your two year old dancer as they are introduced to the art of ballet, movement, and dance. Together you will explore movement and dance with music, props, and fantasy games. This is a lovely way to introduce these young dancers to ballet music, following directions, movement exploration and fun. All dancers must bring a grown-up dancer with them.     Grown-Up & Me classes provide a nurturing introduction to the art of dance and are designed to establish a development of trust in the environment and a foundation in autonomy and joy in movement. Children ages 18–36 months will explore movement through rhythms, music, and creativity of dance, together with their grown-ups.     Join us for an ongoing drop-in group with an accepting and friendly tone, recently expanded to include toddlers up until 3 years old. Our group offers a safe and supportive environment conducive to sharing about topics such as emotional and physical recovery after birth, expectations surrounding being a parent, changes in lifestyle and in relationships, finding support and trusting caregivers, life balance and sleep, navigating medical care, child development, play and temperament, among other topics and issues.     Jumping Jacks is an hour-long class that consists of activities that encourage creative movement, balance and hand-eye coordination. These activities are done in a high-energy, fun-filled atmosphere. The first half of each class is free play—parents/caretakers are expected to have fun interacting with their child!     Join Fit4Mom Marin for Stroller Strides workout. The class consists of a warm up, a power walk/optional running and "stations" where we do a variety of body toning exercises. We use exercise tubing (which we provide you with), the stroller and the environment to create our gym.
