Get Your Tickets Now for Pumpkins on Pikes at Tara Firma Farms

In addition to producing healthy and sustainable local food, Petaluma's Tara Firma Farms also puts on fantastic family-friendly events throughout the year. This fall, their popular Pumpkins on Pikes event returns to continue this tradition for 2024. Come on out to the farm for Halloween fun with pumpkin carving, live music, food, drinks, and more.

Pumpkins on Pikes takes place on two Saturdays, October 12 and 19, and on Sunday, October 20, from 2 to 10 pm. An additional date may be added in case of high demand.

The festivities start in the afternoon with great food, live music and pumpkin carving. Everyone will get the chance to display their jack-o-lantern on a pike in the corn field. When the sun goes down the pumpkins are lit. It is a truly heart warming feeling looking over the glowing corn field to see the individual creations of all who attend. Free pumpkins for carving will be provided with admission. Bring your pumpkin carving tools and blankets and coats to stay warm after dark. 

Admission is $40 ($32 CSA members) and includes a carving pumpkin. Children 3 and under are admitted free (no pumpkin provided). If you're interested in going, get your tickets soon — this event usually sells out early. Make sure you are ordering for the correct date; tickets will not be available at the door.

Tara Firma Farms is located at 3796 I Street Extension in Petaluma. To get there, take Highway 101 north to Petaluma and exit at Petaluma Boulevard South. Follow Petaluma Boulevard South to I Street, where you'll turn left. Follow I Street south until you reach Tara Firma Farms at the Intersection of I Street Extension and San Antonio Road. Carpooling is encouraged as parking space is limited.
