Review: Cartelligent Makes Buying a New Car Easy!

Recently we found ourselves in the situation where we needed to buy a new car. If you've been in a similar spot or been paying attention to what's being billed as "The Great American Car Shortage" then you know this is not an easy position to be in. There simply are very few new cars out there available for sale, due to COVID slowdowns and a microchip shortage that prevents factories from finishing many cars.

Right now, their service is only available to residents of California, and they'll look everywhere in the state to find a car for you. Our car, for example, was sourced up in Redding. You do pay them an up-front free of $495 (which they'll refund if they don't find you the car you want), but since they save you so much over what the dealerships are asking (we saved at least $5,000), it's really money well spent.

Our Cartelligent account executive, Christian Roettgers, was patient and understanding and helped us out every step of the way. He found our car, we told him we wanted it, and a few days later we went to their offices off Bridgeway in Sausalito to sign the paperwork and learn all about our new car. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. We'll never go back to the dealership again! It's a fantastic option for families since you do all the initial work online and over the phone and you don't have to spend all day waiting at the dealership.
