San Rafael's Annual Dia de los Muertos Celebration Goes Virtual!

San Rafael's 32nd annual Dia de los Muertos celebration goes virtual this year! In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Day of the Dead festivities will take place throughout the entire month of October — October 1 through November 1.

Through Facebook, YouTube, and Zoom, families can participate in activities, view altars, experience live music and cultural performances, and more. In addition, there will be a Day of the Dead car parade on Sunday, November 1, from 6 to 7 pm. Decorate your can and join in the celebration! Learn how to participate and register here. You can also create your own Dia de los Muertos altar and participate in the talent show.
