Visit California State Parks for Free on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!

Get out and explore California State Parks this Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Monday, January 19) for free! California State Parks is offering free vehicle day-use entry at more than 200 participating state parks in honor of MLK Day. Free entry is valid for one passenger vehicle with capacity of nine people or less.
Among the parks you can visit in Marin and the North Bay are:
- China Camp State Park, San Rafael
- Olompali State Historic Park, Novato
- Mt. Tamalpais State Park, Mill Valley
- Samuel P. Taylor State Park, San Geronimo
- Tomales Bay State Park, Inverness
- Jack London State Historic Park, Glen Ellen
- Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, Kenwood
- Fort Ross State Historic Park, Jenner
- Armstrong Redwood State Natural Reserve, Guerneville
