- The Endless End uses film, shadow puppets, animation, and soundscapes to explore species and ecosystems at Marin Theatre in Mill Valley, Saturday, 11 am.
- Explore Kreole culture and Zydeco music with accordion maestro Andre Thierry at Fairfax Library, Saturday, 11 am–noon.
- Join Marin Parks rangers to make a winter wonderland glowing lantern craft at McNears Beach in San Rafael, Saturday, 12:30–2:30 pm.
- Meet at the Marin City Library parking lot to help count migrating birds with experts from the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, Saturday, 1–2 pm.
- Celebrate the month of love with hands-on crafts at the Love and Peanuts Holiday Workshop for kids in grades 1–6, Saturday, 1–3 pm.
