Here's our weekly list of 15 fun things to do with the kids this week, March 15–21. From drive-in movies to St. Patrick's Day baking and crafts, there's something for everyone.

Keep in mind that many of these activities require advance registration, so check the organizer's website before you attend. If you have something fun you'd like to share, please let us know and we'll consider it for next week's list!

  1. Rhyme, sing and read along with Jennie, Five Green Speckled Frogs and Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See, San Anselmo Library YouTube channel.
  2. Create these easy St. Patrick's Day friendship bracelets.
  3. Pre-order your shamrock cookie decorting kit from Teeny Cake in Novato.
  4. Visit Monterey Bay Aquarium's cool sea otter cam with live narrated feedings daily at 1:30 pm.
  5. Make your reservation to play indoors and outdoors at the Bay Area Discovery Museum.
  6. Make a loaf of Ina Garten's Irish Soda Bread.
  7. Make this easy and delicious slow-cooker corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick's Day.
  8. Take a walk along Phoenix Lake in Ross.

  11. The Lark Drive-In returns to the Village at Corte Madera with a screening of Star Wars. Thursday, 8:30 pm.
  12. Join Catherine for songs and stories at Preschool Storytime at the Belvedere Tiburon Library's YouTube channel.
  13. Take a trip up to Green String Farm in Petaluma for fresh organic produce and to visit the chickens and goats.
  14. Celebrate Women's History Month with a virtual storytime from author Ashley Eckstein and the Walt Disney Museum. Saturday, 11 am.
  15. Reserve your tickets to visit the Oakland Zoo.
