The Marin Mommies Father's Day Gift Guide

Father's Day is on Sunday, June 21. We polled a few of the dads in our lives about what they'd want and thought about some of the gifts we've really loved and came up with our 2026 Father's Day Gift Guide. We've included some of our favorite local Marin and Bay Area businesses and organizations here, many of which offer unique products and experiences. From an adventurous safari getaway on the "Sonoma Serengeti" to a flight in a vintage biplane to tickets to Marin's favorite outdoor theater experience, we've got you covered!
Food & Drink
- Get Dad brewing with a homebrewing starter set from Northern Brewer! Comes with a recipe kit (Hefeweizen, IPA, amber) so he can get started right away.
- Dad can make amazing artisan pizzas in the backyard with an Ooni Karu 2 multi-fuel oven. (We recently bought an Ooni and it's now our favorite backyard cooking tool!)
- The Instant Pot Duo Crisp is a versatile kitchen gadget that's both a pressure cooker and an air fryer!
Curate a special selection on microbrews for Dad at BeerCraft in Novato. - The Cuisineart Griddler is awesome for when you don't want to fire up the grill. You can also use it as a panini press or to cook up a mess of pancakes.
Music & Entertainment
- Give Dad the gift of music with a quality ukulele from an awesome Marin music store.
- Let Dad dig for classic vinyl with a gift certificate from one of Marin's legendary record stores: Watts Music in Novato, Mill Valley Music, or Red Devil Records in San Rafael.
- Get Dad a turntable to enjoy old-school music. Here are our picks for those new to vinyl or if you want to upgrade to the next level.
- Follow the Yellow Brick Road and get tickets to The Wizard of Oz at the Mountain Play — the last performance is on Father's Day!
- Dad will appreciate noise canceling headphones — the Sony WH-1000XM6 is our favorite but there are plenty of other options.
The Great Outdoors
- Keep Dad's devices charged and ready on the trail with a wireless solar power bank.
- A Wise Owl Outfitters camping hammock will let Dad relax at the campsite or in the back yard.
- Cook up an amazing campout breakfast on a Coleman Triton camp stove.
- A classic Victorinox Swiss Army knife is always a fantastic gift. (The Camper model is our favorite.)
- Keep Dad's campsite coffee hot with an insulated Yeti coffee mug.
- Book a bioluminescence tour on Tomales Bay with Blue Waters Kayaking.
- Challenge Dad to a ropes course from Tahoe Treetop Adventures. The whole family can go together!
Other One-of-a-Kind Gifts
- Reserve tickets for an amazing animal adventure at Safari West in Santa Rosa. You can even stay overnight in a luxury glamping tent.
- Treat dad to a day out at the ballpark with Marin's own San Rafael Pacifics.
- Book an unforgettable flight over the Wine Country in a historic biplane.
