The Marin Mommies Father's Day Gift Guide

Father's Day is on Sunday, June 16. We polled a few of the dads in our lives about what they'd want and thought about some of the gifts we've really loved and came up with our 2024 Father's Day Gift Guide. We've included some of our favorite local Marin and Bay Area businesses and organizations here, many of which offer unique products and experiences. From an adventurous safari getaway on the "Sonoma Serengeti" to a delicious Father's Day grilling gift box from a local ranch, we have your gift ideas covered!
Food & Drink
- Get Dad brewing with a deluxe homebrewing kit from MoreBeer! Includes a classic American Pale Ale recipe kit so he can get started right away.
- Dad can make amazing artisan pizzas in the backyard with an Ooni Karu 12 multi-fuel oven. (We recently bought one and it's awesome!)
- The Instant Pot Duo Crisp is a versatile kitchen gadget that's both a pressure cooker and an air fryer!
Curate a special selection on microbrews for Dad at BeerCraft in Novato. - The Cuisineart Griddler is awesome for when you don't want to fire up the grill. You can also use it as a panini press or to cook up a mess of pancakes.
Music & Entertainment
- Give Dad the gift of music with a quality ukulele from an awesome Marin music store.
- Let Dad dig for classic vinyl with a gift certificate from one of Marin's legendary record stores: Watts Music in Novato, Mill Valley Music, or Red Devil Records in San Rafael.
- Get Dad a turntable to enjoy old-school music. Here are our picks for those new to vinyl or if you want to upgrade to the next level.
- Make it the best night ever with a live musical theater from Transcendence's Broadway Under the Stars.
- Get tickets to the final performance of the 111th Mountain Play: Kinky Boots, Sunday, June 16, 2 pm.
- Dad will appreciate noise canceling headphones — the Sony WH-1000XM4 is our favorite but there are plenty of other options.
The Great Outdoors
- Keep Dad's devices charged and ready on the trail with a wireless solar power bank.
- A Wise Owl hammock will let Dad relax at the campsite or in the back yard.
- Cook up an amazing campout breakfast on a Coleman Triton camp stove.
- A classic Victorinox Swiss Army knife is always a fantastic gift. (The Climber model is our favorite.)
- Keep Dad's campsite coffee hot with an insulated Hydroflask mug.
- Book a bioluminescence tour on Tomales Bay with Blue Waters Kayaking.
- Challenge Dad to a ropes course from Tahoe Treetop Adventures. The whole family can go together!
