Our Preschool Summer Camp Series is a collection of thoughtfully designed play-based indoor summer camps for children ages 3–6. Each camp offers a unique theme while maintaining the same nurturing structure, predictable daily rhythm, and small-group setting — helping young children feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely excited to return.

Hours: 9 am–1 pm (before and after care available)
Children and teens ages 6-17 years old are invited every summer to attend our Surf Camps located at the beginning of the state beach in Stinson. Children and teenagers will gain lifelong positive memories, friends, and water skills. We welcome first time newcomers as well as our repeat surfers who return every year. Our summer surf camp staff are local Marin surfers and lifeguards who have years of open water experience. Regardless of their skill level, students will benefit from attending Stinson Beach Surf Camp, multi-level instruction, from beginner to intermediate to advanced courses.
We’re Outside! is an exciting new summer camp that offers a diverse range of activities including fishing, hiking, swimming, sports, arts and crafts. Nestled in beautiful McNears Beach park next to China Camp State Park, our camp provides a fun and enriching environment for children to learn, explore, and build lasting memories.

Discover a love for dance this summer at Marin Dance Theatre! Join us for summer classes, story ballet workshops, and dance arts camps for ages 18 months - 9+ years.
Summer Class Series (classes by age group, 18 mos. – 9+ years)
Our summer class series for ages 18 months – 9+ years develop initiative and passion for the art of dance through classical training and creative expression. Classes are tailored to support the development of each child, while facilitating and inspiring a love for dance.
Campers will make a splash in our 85 degree outdoor pool. Swim lessons will emphasize technique and safety. Swimmers will be divided by level. There is also time put aside for free swimming. Lunch is served at the outdoor pool at noon. We have created a quality menu, both healthy and tasty. Tennis instruction takes place on outdoor or indoor courts. Again, the goal is to have the camper proficient enough to enjoy the sport with others. Please have your child prepared for a day in the sun with a hat, water bottle and sunscreen. Games, crafts and a snack will be offered each day.
Marinwood’s award-winning summer camp program offers something for everyone! Utilizing every square inch of our unique property, our program features nature hikes through the foothills, swimming at the pool facility (including waterslides and shallow tot pool), playground time, adventures in the forest, sports and games in the park, arts & crafts under the trees, and much more—all right on site. Activities each week are planned around a unique theme and include dress-up spirit days, special events, and presentations from visiting entertainers and educators.

VIP Superstars: Step into the spotlight with the ultimate star treatment! Campers are cast in speaking and singing roles, learn high-energy songs and choreography inspired by favorite shows and movies, and explore fun acting exercises that build confidence and creativity!
Maker Camp keeps kids engaged, playing, learning, and making projects all day long. Campers rotate by age group every day to all four Maker Camp components: Engineering, Tech Lab, Art Exploration & ReCreation. Whether it's with wires, gears or glue, campers make connections they didn't know existed. In a comfortable 8:1 camper-to-staff ratio, these makers have all the help they need to succeed.
Guided by professional theatre artists, explore Shakespeare’s amazing characters, language and stories while practicing teamwork, and building confidence! Teen Shakespeare Intensive and Young Company camps culminate in an abridged Shakespeare performance. Our youngest campers (5-8) will explore creative dramatics, storytelling and build a short performance based on Shakespeare’s works.
