Monday, February 7
- Bring the little ones for songs, rhymes and stories at outdoor storytime on the lawn with the San Anselmo Library, Monday, 10:30–11 am.
- Make your own easy pink and red play dough for Valentine's fun!
- Visit the animals, picnic and take a hike at Tolay Lake Regional Park in Petaluma.
Tuesday, February 8
- Our picks for 12 cute Valentine's Day books to read aloud with the kids.
- Free Day! Explore the Children's Garden and picnic at the San Francisco Botanical Garden in Golden Gate Park.
- Explore Novato's Pioneer Park, with its multiple playgrounds, rolling green lawns, picnic areas, and more.
Get creative and create your own potato print Valentine cards.
Wednesday, February 9
- Make these fun and easy homemade Valentine's Day cards.

Visit the animals and ride the Little Puffer steam train at the San Francisco Zoo. Make your reservations now. Open daily, 10 am–5 pm.
- Bring a blanket and join Mill Valley Librarian Lauren for outdoor storytime and songs, Wednesdays, 10:15 am, Amphitheater stage behind the Library.
Thursday, February 10
- Make a batch of yummy homemade cinnamon rolls.
