Here's our weekly list of 15 fun things to do with the kids this week, July 20–26. From outdoor exploration and drive-in movies to virtual art camp and streaming live puppet shows, there's something for everyone.

Keep in mind that some of these activities require advance registration, so check the organizer's website before you attend. If you have something fun you'd like to share, please let us know and we'll consider it for next week's list!

  1. Explore the San Francisco Presidio on a storywalk or via their Adventure Map.
  2. Experience music, mindfulness and yoga with Jocelyn at Wee Yogis. Monday–Thursdays, 10:30 am.
  3. Make your own sourdough bread and delicious soup tonight.
  4. Participate in the free de Young museum's Summer Art Camp from home.
  5. Learn about ladybugs with online Pint-Size Storytime present by the San Rafael Public Library
  6. Ride the pump track at Stafford Lake Bike Park, Novato.
  7. Join San Anselmo Library for a virtual Wacky Wenesday performance by Fratello Marionettes, Weds., July 22, 1 pm
  8. Be mesmerized by a variety of graceful ray species and tropical fish at the Cal Academy Reef Lagoon Cam.
  9. Get some organic strawberries at one of the many Marin Farmers Markets and make strawberry shortcake.
  10. See classic movies under the stars at the Village in Corte Madera, starting Thursday, July 23.
  11. Get hands-on creative crafts, outdoor activities, and eco-challenges with WildCare online.
  12. Visit the animals and hike at Tolay Lake Regional Park in Petaluma.
  13. Experience a magical night of song & dance with a streaming Fantastical Family Night from Transcendence Theater Company, July 24–26.
  14. Get the kids baking with fresh-baked apple walnut bread.
  15. Play a round of mini golf at McInnis Park's Swing-n-Putt in San Rafael.
